| Acceptable Use & limitations The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Purchasing from us By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods ( including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors ).We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent. We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive full payment. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Allow ten days for cheques to clear. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are estimates. Delivery We will aim to dispatch goods as quickly as possible ie between 1-2 working days. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not charge any extra delivery for this. Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock, we cannot obtain payment, a product price or offer description is inaccurate, we do not deliver to your area. If we do cancel an order we will contact you immediately and credit your account as soon as possible upto 30days of the order. Complaints If you have a complaint about our service or any goods you purchase from us please contact sales@jacinabox.co.uk. or write to Jac in a box Gawsworth Business Court Congleton Cheshire CW12 2NX tel 01260 223104 We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours. Damaged or defective goods All goods are sent in good condition if damage occurs during transit please inform us and the carrier within 48 hours. Please don't sign for goods if they are damaged. Items received in error please inform us as soon as possible. All our toys are guaranteed for 3 months against faulty workmanship. If you have a faulty product please email sales@jacinabox.co.uk and we will make arrangements to replace or refund the item. This does not include fair wear and tear and does not affect your statutory rights. Returns We hope you are pleased with your purchase from jac in a box. However, we understand there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a refund. However we only accept unwanted products for refund within 7 working days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and resaleable condition. You must inform us by email within 7 working days starting on the day the goods are delivered to you. Please complete your order number and product code and description and brief reason for return in the letter. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are insured during any return journey as refunds will not be made if the goods are not in perfect condition. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM SELLERS SENDING PRODUCT ONTO A THIRD PARTY. THIS IS NOT GOOD PRACTICE. |
